RCA to Award $1,000 to One Current or Prospective College Student Seeking to Help Those Impacted by Substance Use Disorder
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Sept. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Recovery Centers of America (RCA), a neighborhood-based addiction treatment provider delivering individualized, evidence-based care, announced today that the company has launched a scholarship program to support the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Through the Recovery Centers of America Scholarship, the company will award $1,000 to one current or prospective college student who has expressed a desire to work with those impacted by addiction and substance use disorder.

Recovery Centers of America is accepting applications for the Recovery Centers of America Scholarship through December 31, 2018. All applicants are required to submit an essay that explains how they plan to use their degree to aid those in recovery and showcases their commitment to helping individuals and families overcome the disease of addiction.
Recovery Centers of America will award the inaugural scholarship to one student by or before January 31, 2019.
