Red Eagle Mining Lists on Santiago Stock Exchange Venture
VANCOUVER, April 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Red Eagle Mining Corporation (TSX-V: RD,OTCQX: RDEMF, SSE-V: RDCL) is pleased to announce its shares have been dual listed on the Santiago Stock Exchange Venture ("SSEV"). The SSEV, which results from an agreement entered into last year with the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"), allows issuers listed on the TSXV to apply for a dual listing on the SSEV. This process does not result in additional costs for the company. Red Eagle Mining's shares trading on the SSEV will be denominated in Chilean Pesos under the symbol RDCL.
