Marcus was introduced to Regis HR Group by The de Moya Foundation, a 501(3)c non-profit that creates employment opportunities for young adults with unique abilities. The de Moya Foundation's Employer Partnership Program aims to provide adults with special needs opportunities to increase their independence and provides them an opportunity to be productive citizens in our community while focusing on their abilities, not their disabilities.
