Register To Vote On-Demand With DoorDash And Rock The Vote
SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On National Voter Registration Day 2016, DoorDash -- the technology company connecting customers with the most local restaurants by offering door-to-door delivery -- announced it will enable on-demand voter registration as part of its Corporate Civic Responsibility partnership with Rock the Vote - the largest nonprofit, nonpartisan organization in the United States driving youth vote to the polls.
Residents in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco can order 'Dash the Vote' packs containing voter information sheets and registration forms with prepaid envelopes, delivered straight to their doors. Customers within the delivery area in these markets will see a special 'Dash the Vote' store in-app and online, and with the click of a button or the tap of an app, voter registration forms will be on the way.
