Work Market's modular, web-based software gives organizations access to a scalable network of contract resources and the tools needed to manage the entire life-cycle of labor management. Reliable Group worked extensively with Work Market and ConnectWise to create a gateway that allows jobs, job status, and job notes to be automatically entered in both systems – without a single manual entry.

Reliable Group's Work Market-ConnectWise gateway will allow ConnectWise partners to automatically exchange job details with the Work Market platform. Jobs created in ConnectWise are automatically transferred to Work Market and as the job progresses, all relevant details are passed back to ConnectWise, including notes, scheduling changes, and status. Changes can also appear in the ConnectWise Customer Portal so clients have access to updates in real time. Once jobs are completed in Work Market, costs automatically are transmitted to ConnectWise.
