Rena Ware and Cordon Bleu Chef Join Together to Create Culinary Magic
Rena Ware Partners with Chef Paco Malca to Bring Fresh Flavors to the Web
BELLEVUE, Wash., Aug. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Rena Ware International recently announced a new partnership between the venerable 70-year-old cookware company and chef Paco Malca, who will be creating gourmet recipes made using Rena Ware's cookware and other Rena Ware kitchen products.
Rena Ware, a privately owned family company that just finished celebrating the 70th anniversary of its founding in 1941, is an international business with branch offices in several countries around the world including Venezuela, Peru, the United States, Colombia, Costa Rica, Thailand, El Salvador, Spain, and Chile. The company's international headquarters are located in the city of Bellevue, Washington, U.S.A., a part of the greater Seattle metropolitan area, adjacent to computer software giant Microsoft's Redmond campus.
Rena Ware's product line features high quality stainless steel cookware, cutlery, kitchen accessories, water and air filters, as well as a juice extractor and induction cooker. The cookware is designed to utilize the "water-less" cooking method, a healthy way of preparing foods with less added fat and water resulting in foods that retain their natural essences and color and more of their nutrients.
Paco Malca who is from Lima, Peru, is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu — the world's largest and most famous culinary arts educational institution. After graduation, Malca further refined his culinary skills by working in several well-known Lima restaurants including "Alfredo", "La Gloria" and "Wong", which featured a distinctive fusion of Peruvian and Chinese cuisine. He additionally expanded his culinary skills and training by becoming a member of the French Culinary Institute.
Malca's first executive chef position was in Colombia, where for more than four years he ran the kitchen of the highly rated restaurant Matiz. He is now in charge of running the kitchen of Wallqa Restaurant in Lima where he creates memorable dishes based on a fusion cuisine that blends the best features of Mediterranean and Peruvian cookery.
Several of Malca's recipes, which he prepares by making use of Rena Ware cookware and other Rena Ware products such as Chef's Accessories and kitchen tools, have been a feature of Rena Ware International's corporate website home page since December and will soon be incorporated into a new recipes website devoted to cooking with Rena Ware.
Visitors to Rena Ware's website "renaware.com" can currently see Malca's creative recipe for "Bean Croquettes with Duck and Juancaina and Peruvian Sauces" by clicking a link from the home page. Previous Malca-featured recipes included the attractive and heart healthy "Salmon with Grape Sauce and Sprout Salad" and the festive holiday meal, "Marinated Turkey Legs and Rice with Dried Fruit and Nuts". Additional Malca-featured recipes are scheduled for release in the near future.
The partnership between a company dedicated to providing excellent cookware products and a gourmet chef dedicated to providing excellent and delicious dishes would seem to be a promising combination for creating culinary success.
