Representing the Largest Acquisition in Its History, RealTruck, Inc. Officially Acquires Vehicle Accessories Group

The acquisition immediately broadens markets for both product portfolios through RealTruck's global aftermarket network and e-commerce platform

ANN ARBOR, Mich., March 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- RealTruck, Inc., a global aftermarket product and accessory brand, and a digital destination for truck, Jeep®, Bronco® and off-road enthusiasts, today announced it has officially acquired Vehicle Accessories Group (VAI).

As a result of the acquisition, RealTruck now boasts 30 manufacturing facilities in five countries globally, of which 24 are based in the United States. In addition, the acquisition expands RealTruck's position across a broader group of both domestic and foreign vehicle manufacturers with a full array of accessories for Jeeps, Broncos, off-road enthusiasts, SUVs/CUVs, and sedans.

William Blair served as financial advisor and Latham & Watkins acted as M&A legal counsel to RealTruck. Debt financing will be provided by Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets, LLC.
