Under the agreement, Tuscany residents will get FiOS TV service at a significant discount off retail prices.  Residents can easily add FiOS Internet service to the TV offer at a bundled discounted rate.

Verizon, promoting a digital lifestyle, will also implement a virtual property management service called Verizon Concierge for the complex's residents and staff. The offering, to be provided free of charge, organizes all of the complex's available concierge amenities under one master platform and interface that automates many repetitive tasks, such as delivery and visitor management, allowing Tuscany's staff to focus on providing a more personalized service to residents.

A customized platform will soon be developed, specifically based on Tuscany's amenities and the surrounding services. Verizon Concierge can be accessed via the property's customized Web page or via a smartphone, after downloading an application -- and soon on FiOS TV.  The service will allow residents and staff to communicate with each other to set up carpools or clubs; have quick and easy access to schedule property amenities; set up services from local businesses such as dry cleaners and taxis; and make reservations at a local restaurant or place a takeout order.

Verizon Concierge can even store the user's favorite takeout orders and payment information so reordering is as easy as one click via any Web browser or on a smartphone application.  Verizon began offering the service in March to residential and commercial properties that have FiOS services, or soon will have them.
