Iconic San Francisco dispensary set to reopen stocked with intelligent cannabis delivery devices

TORONTO and SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Resolve Digital Health ("Resolve"), a Canada-based developer of cannabis formulations, brands and smart devices, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Vapor Room ("VR"), a San Francisco-based therapeutic cannabis dispensary, to establish a complementary retail partnership which includes benefit of VR's home delivery license in California.

The space is set to pay homage to the Vapor Room's original roots as a revered legacy within the active Bay Area cannabis community. Under this proposed agreement, Resolve will provide Vapor Room patients with clean, consistent, and carefully curated cannabis products delivered through innovative consumption technologies via Resolve's family of vaporizers.
