VENTURA, Calif., Dec. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 14, RevitaLash® Cosmetics and City of Hope, a leading cancer research and treatment center, hosted the Fourth Annual Gayle Brinkenhoff Breast Cancer Symposium, which brought global research scientists and clinicians together at the City of Hope campus in Duarte, California. The symposium highlighted recent developments, advances and best practices in the field and recognized the potential impact of new developments for targeted, personalized breast cancer treatment.

This year's symposium attracted 128 attendees and provided a live-feed webinar for those unable to attend. Following the Keynote Address were six distinguished faculty members, offering exciting research findings. The symposium was accredited for a maximum of 5.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits by the City of Hope Department of Continuing Medical Education. Michael Brinkenhoff, M.D. and RevitaLash Cosmetics engaged the City of Hope Continuing Medical Education department in 2016 and have since increased awareness of this program through various efforts.
