The Constitution emerged as an outcome of a scheme that we activated last year along with the contribution of Turkcell employees and senior management, including CEO Sureyya Ciliv, as well as Turkcell customers themselves. Based on their own experience of our products and services, these individuals provided feedback to be immediately acted upon by Turkcell.

Turkcell management team and hundreds of Turkcell employees used and tested Turkcell campaigns, products and services, and met with Turkcell customers to generate fresh ideas to be implemented towards attaining excellence in customer satisfaction.

Turkcell's "Mobile Constitution", characterized by its transparency, grants everyone the right to access the information concerning products, campaigns, and services. It enables them to receive direct, fast; and high quality customer services, as well as high quality voice and internet communication; to reach their loved ones and emergency numbers where need arises, and to propose new constitutional articles geared at improving products and services.
