ISTANBUL, March 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Turkcell (NYSE: TKC, ISE: TCELL), Turkey's leading communications and technology company is delighted to announce its "Mobile Constitution", which focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and trust through operational excellence, transparent communication, and cultural change.
The Constitution emerged as an outcome of a scheme that we activated last year along with the contribution of Turkcell employees and senior management, including CEO Sureyya Ciliv, as well as Turkcell customers themselves. Based on their own experience of our products and services, these individuals provided feedback to be immediately acted upon by Turkcell.
Turkcell management team and hundreds of Turkcell employees used and tested Turkcell campaigns, products and services, and met with Turkcell customers to generate fresh ideas to be implemented towards attaining excellence in customer satisfaction.
Turkcell's "Mobile Constitution", characterized by its transparency, grants everyone the right to access the information concerning products, campaigns, and services. It enables them to receive direct, fast; and high quality customer services, as well as high quality voice and internet communication; to reach their loved ones and emergency numbers where need arises, and to propose new constitutional articles geared at improving products and services.
Chief Executive Officer Sureyya Ciliv has stated that "Turkcell's Mobile Constitution is a result of the Company Values, adopted by our employees: We believe that customers come first". We firmly believe that our business is as much about "people" as about "technology". As such, we prioritize customer satisfaction, cementing our transparent and responsible service approach with this Constitution. And it is the synergy and experience of those participating in this scheme, including myself, that prompted us to formulate it. I, Sureyya Ciliv, as CEO of Turkcell pledge to continue protecting our customers' rights, as enshrined in our Constitution, while consistently enhancing it over time. I hope our efforts mark a step forward enabling all to benefit from the "Mobile Constitution".
