This move, also the company's fifth Regulation CF campaign, is part of a broader, board-approved capital strategy to secure up to $15 million over the next 18 months to accelerate commercialization, fulfill purchase orders, and expand operations globally.

The campaign follows a strong funding track record, including a successful May 2025 raise of approximately $1.47 million through Dealmaker, which funded the fabrication and delivery of ASWs for an ongoing trial with a major U.S.-based iron ore mining company. The trial is expected to conclude before the end of 2025 and represents a critical milestone as the company transitions from R&D to revenue generation.

GACW's growth trajectory reflects rising demand for its disruptive technology. The company has already over $6 million in anticipated purchase orders from six mining companies in the U.S., Canada, and Australia during the next 18 months, in addition to generating approximately $4 million in revenue tied to industry contracts and trials.

At the core of GACW's offering is the ASW, a non-pneumatic, mechanical wheel constructed primarily of steel, integrating in-wheel suspension and damping through nitrogen-filled air cylinders and integrated dampers.

The mining sector, with its urgent need for durable, sustainable tire solutions, remains GACW's primary commercialization target. GACW estimates that initial fleet orders for a single large mine could reach in excess of $70 million, based on typical mine vehicle counts and ASW pricing.

GACW completed its 2024 financial audit in July 2025 with a clean opinion, a key requirement for compliant public fundraising.

The company also secured $275,000 in short-term stakeholder loans during Q2 2025 to sustain operations at critical points, underscoring investor support and operational resilience.

Additionally, the company is in advanced discussions with an Australian-based engineering firm regarding a potential strategic investment and is in dialogue with multiple investment groups.
