Ricoh tackles the challenge of mobile worker productivity

The Ricoh DocumentMall cloud-based content management service, which simplifies the capture, storage, management, sharing and collaboration on documents from any device, whether mobile or fixed. DocumentMall provides comprehensive security and compliance capabilities.

A free HotSpot Printing app, which locates the closest HotSpot-enabled public printers (over 5,000 globally) via GPS mapping or manual search fields. Employees can set HotSpot-enabled devices as default printers as they would their desktop computer.
