Ridge Road Express, Inc. Acquired by Student Transportation, Inc.

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J., Jan. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sun Mergers & Acquisitions, LLC is pleased to announce that its client, Ridge Road Express, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Grand Island Transit Corporation, and Scholastic Transportation Management Services, Inc. (STI) of Lockport, NY, has been acquired by Student Transportation, Inc.  

Sun Mergers & Acquisitions initiated this transaction, acted as exclusive financial advisor, and negotiated the transaction on behalf of Ridge Road Express, Inc.  

Upon closing Mr. Thomas Weeks, President of Ridge Road Express stated:
