Available May 27^th through September 1^st, Riko's "Summer of Salad Pizzas" features three salad pizza recipes: (1) a reinvented Chicken Caesar; (2) a creative Mediterranean Chicken and Spinach; and (3) an all-new BBQ Chicken Ranch pie—all made on Riko's famous thin-crust with their own sauces
