Riverbend Nursery Holdings, LLC Announces Acquisition of James Greenhouses Inc.

RINER, Va., June 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Riverbend Nursery Holdings, LLC announces the acquisition of Colbert, Georgia based James Greenhouses, Inc, an industry leader in perennial liner production for wholesale growers in the United States. The transaction closed on March 3, 2025.

Riverbend Nursery Holdings, LLC also owns 100% of Riner, Virginia based Riverbend Nursery, LLC, a leading provider of quality perennials, ground covers, annuals, ornamental grasses, herbs, and vegetables, sold to Independent Garden Centers and landscape distributors in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states.
