Mordecai brings nearly 12 years of experience in the resort industry to his new position. He holds degrees in Political Science and International Business from St. Michael's College in Vermont. His career began at Big Sky Resort in Montana. In his four years there, he advanced from Audio/Visual Technician and Kids Club Attendant to Snow Reporter, Convention Coordinator and National Sales Manager at the Yellowstone Conference Center, Montana's premier meeting and convention destination. Mordecai then transitioned to the position of Group Sales Director at Viceroy Snowmass. After four years, he was promoted to Director of Group Sales for Viceroy Hotel Group, where he was responsible for meetings and incentives for a collection of 13 hotels and resorts.
As a passionate advocate for incentive travel, Mordecai serves as the Vice President of Finance and President-Elect for SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) Midwest.
In his new position with RMC, Mordecai will be responsible for developing new business for the company, specifically within the incentive house market, as well as corporate direct. Brian's extensive network within the hospitality industry creates a competitive edge for RMC within the DMC industry.
