Roc Nation Sports & Airbnb Collaborate To Throw Events Before The Big Game At The 40/40 Club

NEW YORK, Jan. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Roc Nation Sports and Airbnb have joined forces to provide unique hospitality experiences for sports fans during the week leading up to the big game with 3 major events at JAY Z's 40/40 Club in Manhattan complete with celebrity hosts, incredible giveaways and special performances.

Activated over the course of all 3 nights Airbnb will host the Airbnb Super Suite, which will be decked out with a vintage sports theme. The Super Suite will feature some of Airbnb's most interesting properties from around the globe. The focal point of the Super Suite will be a sports-inspired game with Airbnb prizes. In addition, the Super Suite will host an InstaPrint photo booth, tracking and printing all photos with the hashtag #Airbnb4040 and #RocNationSports.

The "Welcome to New York" Media Night, on Wednesday, January 29^th, is the first of a 3-night series of events hosted by Victor Cruz and CC Sabathia with music by DJ D Nice. The evening will welcome and celebrate all media giants, sports broadcast personalities, major sports publishers and the media elite with unique New York themed event activations including classic New York City food carts, a street caricature artist and a photo booth with New York City backdrops.

The "Roc Nation Sports Digital Mixer", on Thursday, January 30^th, will be hosted by Kevin Durant with music by DJ Ross One. The mixer will unite sports and tech elite and give participants an opportunity for networking  and open discussion of how the athlete-fan relationship has changed in the digital age and the future of the individual athlete in sports marketing. The event will encourage key players in the digital space and sports world to meet, greet and spark fodder for future tech and sports collaborations. All of The 40/40 Club's TV screens will broadcast live Twitter and Instagram feeds following the night's progression.

Concluding the 3-night series of events, is the invite-only Official Roc Nation Sports Celebration brought to you by JAY Z, with music by DJ Cassidy, on Saturday, February 1^st.
