In her role, Brassard will lead the development of educational programming and thought leadership initiatives designed to help insurance professionals adopt intelligent automation and AI best practices. She will oversee a portfolio of content designed to accelerate the understanding and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions throughout the insurance value chain.

Her earlier leadership roles include AVP and director of underwriting operations at Berkley Mid-Atlantic, and key operational leadership positions at Colony Specialty (Argo Group) and The Main Street America Group, where she spent more than 20 years implementing automation and process improvements across the enterprise.

Brassard's career has been marked by a focus on scalable transformation; elevating customer, broker, and agent experiences; and driving measurable impact through intelligent systems.
