Rowmark Announces Acquisition of LaserBits, Inc.

Company Completes Second Add-on Transaction in 2015

SAN MATEO, Calif. and FINDLAY, Ohio, Aug. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rowmark LLC ("Rowmark"), a portfolio company of Bertram Capital and a leading manufacturer and marketer of engravable plastic sheet materials, announced that it acquired LaserBits, Inc. effective August 13, 2015. Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, LaserBits is a supplier and reseller of laserable products sold into the awards and engraving market, as well as other specialty markets.

Mike Fruciano, the co-founder of LaserBits, has joined the Rowmark team as part of the transaction.
