LONDON, May 25, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Further to the resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of Royal Dutch Shell plc (the 'Company') (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) on May 18, 2010 to appoint Charles O. Holliday as a Director of the Company with effect from September 1, 2010, the following information is disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Pursuant to LR 9.6.13R (1) Mr Holliday is currently a Director of Bank of America Corporation and Deere & Company. He was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of DuPont up to January 2009 and December 2009 respectively.

There is no information to disclose pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (6) inclusive.
