RRDS Wins 50 Million Dollar DOD Contract (W9128F-17-D-0058) For The United States Army Corps Of Engineers

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RRDS, Inc., the Southern California based federal contractor, is the incumbent and prime contractor of record, tasked by the Army Corp of Engineers to outfit some nine hundred recruiting stations nationally. As a follow-on to this effort, RRDS has been awarded a fifty million dollar firm fixed priced contract to supply bullet resisting panels, to additional military recruiting stations, located in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The objective of this contract is to manufacture, ship and install, UL Level-8 certified, approved and produced, bullet resisting cubicle systems. These systems are proprietary designs by RRDS, to protect all identified recruiting offices, located throughout the United States and its territories. The Services that will benefit from the program are comprised of the following: 1) Air Force; 2) Air Force Reserve; 3) Air National Guard; 4) Army; 5) Army National Guard; and 6) Navy. The Period of Performance for this contract is 11 September 2017 to 10 September 2022.
