RSA Joins the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG)

WASHINGTON, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- COMPLIANCE WEEK 2010 -- RSA, The Security Division of EMC (NYSE: EMC) and a market leader in security, risk and compliance management, has joined the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), a nonprofit organization with a mission to help companies align their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management activities to drive business performance and promote integrity.

With the acquisition of Archer Technologies in January 2010, RSA demonstrated its strong commitment to strategic, efficient and sustainable enterprise GRC solutions that span IT, finance, operations and legal business domains.
