RSR Partners Appoints Joseph Bailey as Managing Director of Its Sport Industry Practice

NEW YORK, March 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RSR Partners, a leading executive recruiting firm specializing in senior level board and executive searches, has announced the appointment of Joseph A. Bailey III as managing director and head of the firm's Sport Industry Practice. Mr. Bailey, who has extensive experience in the global sports industry as a leader and recruiter, was a CEO of the NFL Miami Dolphins franchise, Deputy Commissioner of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association, COO of the World League/NFL, and VP of Administration of the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Most recently, he was founder and CEO of Global Sport 360, a consulting practice where he advised businesses in the global sports industry on strategies and tactics to maximize innovation and talent.  As a recruiter, he has conducted more than 200 executive searches globally for leading sports organizations including the NFL, NBA, NASCAR, Major League Soccer, and Olympic organizations.
