Rubicon Project President Named Founding Board Member of Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG)

LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK, March 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rubicon Project (NYSE: RUBI), a global technology company founded with a mission to automate the buying and selling of advertising, announced today that its President, Gregory R. Raifman, would be joining the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG) as a founding board member. TAG is an initiative created by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's), and the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) to lead the industry's efforts to counter ad-supported piracy, malware and other critical challenges in the digital communications supply chain.

Raifman joins TAG's inaugural board of directors, which includes 24 of the top executives from the world's largest brand advertisers, digital media companies, ad agencies and technology companies.
