Mr. Lee is an industry expert in all aspects of multistate sales and use tax, including exposure analysis, voluntary disclosures, taxability studies, audit defense, compliance, and statutory tax credits. He will be based in the Firm's San Francisco, California office.

With more than 20 years of experience in indirect tax consulting and credits and incentives, Mr. Lee has provided Fortune 500 clients a wealth of strategic multistate tax advisory services. He is a recognized thought leader and a frequent speaker at various industry associations. Prior to joining Ryan, Mr. Lee founded a successful sales and use tax consulting firm comprised of an alliance of former Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and California state tax auditors, former national accounting firm professionals, law firms, CPA firms, and industry-recognized tax, audit, and finance professionals. Over the span of his highly successful career, Mr. Lee has worked in the multistate tax areas of all four major national accounting firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
