Based in Atlanta, Pugh focuses on advising, assessing, recruiting and developing chief human resources officers, as well as senior talent management, compensation, benefits and human resources generalist executives.

Pugh joins Russell Reynolds Associates from World 50 Inc., where he most recently was Managing Director and Group Leader. Prior to that, Pugh worked at CEB (now Gartner Group), where he advised chief executive officers and other senior executives throughout the U.S. and countries in the Asia/Pacific region. Pugh began his career at Oracle and founded several digital and e-commerce companies that created products for B2B and B2C customers. He is also the author of The Fit Factors, a book that helps emerging talent develop their careers through a combination of HR strategies, goal setting and self-assessments.
Pugh holds a B.S. in business with a minor in computer science from Wake Forest University.
