Ryan named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles County

Ryan ranked number 18 in the Large Company category and placed among only 100 companies recognized throughout Los Angeles for their outstanding work environments and contributions to the county's economy, workforce, and businesses. This highly selective list is the result of anonymous and comprehensive employee surveys measuring culture, work environment, and employee pride and satisfaction, combined with rigorous evaluations of workplace practices, policies, and demographics. Companies from across Los Angeles County entered the two-part survey process to qualify for the Best Places to Work list. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Los Angeles, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
