NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH today announced that a new store will be opening at the Tanger Outlets in Charleston, South Carolina on Thursday, September 22. The store marks a return to the Charleston area; Saks Fifth Avenue previously had a full line store in the area that closed in 2010.

The store includes a successful new design that has redefined and elevated the outlet experience. The 25,000 square foot OFF 5TH store will follow Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH's innovative 'luxury in a loft' design that debuted in 2008. The new concept has been very well received since its launch and has set a new standard for outlet shopping with its modern and uncluttered layout.
