BOSTON, Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Salsify, the world's leading product experience management (PXM) platform, today announced it has been selected by Walmart to join its newly formed Connected Content Partner Program. As a content syndication partner, Salsify will work directly with the retail giant's suppliers to streamline the delivery of product content to Walmart and other retailers.

The Connected Content Program aims to provide Walmart suppliers with the technical experts who can help scale digital product content to Walmart's catalog and other retailers at a lower cost. Salsify combines product information management, advanced syndication, and actionable ecommerce analytics into one powerful product experience management (PXM) platform. It will be used by Walmart suppliers - including existing Salsify customers such as Campbell's, Coca-Cola, GSK, Mondelez, and Tyson - to easily deliver product content to the Walmart catalog and those of other partner retailers.

As a trusted partner, Salsify will have an on-site presence at Walmart to help facilitate content delivery and share expertise with its merchandising teams. The company will also have unprecedented visibility into Walmart processes and content ecosystem to help suppliers navigate the product content syndication process faster and more efficiently.
