The Art of Catering Food presents a full range of exciting classes to teach chefs and catering staff new techniques, inspire new menu ideas, and improve their kitchens overall. Industry leaders from across the country will share their success stories and tips for a winning catering business. Held in a new culinary hotspot each year, The Art of Catering Food celebrates the local culture and flavors of each city it visits. This year's program features some of the catering masterminds behind Utah Valley's distinctive cuisine and hospitality.
