Salus Hospice Welcomes Jennifer Feldman as Community Liaison

Today, this award-winning, Medicare certified healthcare team proudly announces the addition of Jennifer Feldman, filling the role of Community Liaison for Salus Hospice. Jennifer brings to this Joint Commission Accredited hospice program nearly 7 years of experience as a hospice consultant and trusted resource for seniors. Her previous professional experience includes local and regional marketing in skilled nursing, rehab and acute hospitals. Jennifer has passionately advocated for vulnerable individuals, assisting seniors and their family members in accessing quality care and elevating the homecare experience in the communities she serves.

In the role of Community Liaison, Jennifer will develop and implement community outreach programs. She will continue to advocate for increasing access to appropriate and dignified end of life care, build positive relationships and serve as a hospice care educational resource.
