As part of the Stop the Bleed scholarship program, SAM Medical is sponsoring Stop the Bleed scholarships specifically for students attending high school in Oregon, Washington, California and Texas, with a top prize in each state of $3,000 to the student, and 30 Stop the Bleed kits going the winning students' schools. The second and third place winners in each state will receive $1,500 and $500, with 15 and 5 Stop the Bleed kits going to their respective schools.
