San Francisco Unified School District Awards Student Information System (SIS) RFP to Edupoint

IRVINE, Calif., March 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Edupoint™ Educational Systems, a leading student information system (SIS) solutions provider to the national K-12 market and based in Irvine, California, has been selected to implement its GENESIS™ SIS solution suite for the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD).  The system will replace outdated software solutions previously developed by the district's IT staff with current, web-based technology and will automate processes that are now executed manually.  

San Francisco USD comprises 140 campuses that serve more than 55,000 students in grades pre-K through 12.  It is the top-performing urban school district in California and one of the most highly rated urban districts in the country.
