Harry Drozdowski joins Sanctuary as Managing Director of Advanced Estate & Wealth Planning, while Reilly Cornell has been named Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Kelly LaPalio will serve as Vice President of Advisor Growth Marketing.

Together, the appointments reflect Sanctuary's continued investment in the technology, infrastructure, innovation and specialized services Partner Firms need as their businesses grow and the industry evolves. They also expand the platform's ability to support advisors through multiple stages of development, from serving clients with increasingly complex needs to pursuing organic growth, acquisitions and succession planning.

Expanding Specialized Expertise for Partner Firms

Drozdowski will serve as a senior strategic resource to Partner Firms working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. He will help advisors evaluate and coordinate sophisticated estate, trust and legacy planning strategies, including considerations related to how Partner Firms structure their businesses and plan for succession, while connecting them with resources across tax planning, trust services, philanthropic planning and business-owner solutions.

He brings nearly two decades of legal and wealth planning experience serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices in both wealth management and private legal practice. A graduate of Harvard Law School, Drozdowski most recently served as Executive Director and Private Wealth Strategist at Wells Fargo, where he advised some of the firm's largest relationships on sophisticated estate, tax and wealth planning strategies.

Meanwhile, Cornell will help lead Sanctuary's M&A strategy and transaction execution efforts. Working with Partner Firms and external RIAs, she will source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, including transactions that could support the growth of their businesses and help them achieve their succession objectives. She will team with Josef Rogers, who earlier this year was promoted to Director of Corporate Development and has played a critical role in developing Sanctuary's M&A strategy since joining the firm in 2024.

Before joining Sanctuary, Cornell was a Principal on the M&A team at Bluespring Wealth Partners. In that role, she evaluated more than 100 acquisition opportunities and executed more than 15 transactions across the wealth management industry. Earlier in her career, she worked in Citi's Investment Banking division, advising energy companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions and capital raises.

Rounding out the appointments, LaPalio will design and scale organic growth programs across Sanctuary's national network. Working directly with Partner Firms, she will help advisors sharpen their positioning and apply digital marketing, content and lead-generation strategies to attract new clients, strengthen existing relationships and support sustainable growth.

LaPalio brings more than 20 years of experience helping advisors and wealth management firms differentiate their businesses, strengthen client relationships and accelerate growth. Her background includes leadership roles at FocusPoint Solutions, Avantax and Hightower, where she worked across both platform-level and advisor-focused marketing.

The appointments build on Sanctuary's foundation of Partnered Independence, which gives elite advisors greater control over how they serve clients and build their firms.
