Sandow, Chairman and CEO of SANDOW, today announced that Sandow Capital, LLC, the investment arm of his company, has made a strategic investment in Galerie Media Group, LLC, to become an equal partner with founders James and Lisa Cohen. Galerie magazine and its online and events platforms will add a new dimension to SANDOW's already dynamic portfolio of design and luxury assets. In addition to Galerie magazine, the Cohens are also the founders of Hudson News, one of North America's largest and oldest independent wholesalers of periodicals.

Co-founder Lisa Cohen will continue in her current role as Editorial Director.
Margaret Russell, Galerie's Editor in Chief, will continue her work in this position while focusing on other important contributions to the design community, including her role as Honorary Dean of the School of Building Arts at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Prior to joining Galerie, Russell served as Vice President and Editor in Chief of Elle Décor and the Editor in Chief of Architectural Digest.
Galerie's demographic encompasses an average household income of $373,000* and a total distribution of 100,000.
