Sandy Martin Joins Dennard Lascar Investor Relations

HOUSTON, Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Dennard Lascar Investor Relations, a leading provider of advanced investor relations counsel and innovative analytical services, today announced that Ms. Sandy Martin has joined the firm as Managing Director and has opened an office in Fort Worth, Texas, where the firm already has a strong client presence. The addition of Ms. Martin strengthens the firm's Dallas presence under the leadership of EVP Rick Black.

Martin is a CPA with more than 25 years of executive management investor relations experience. Her previous roles include in-house investor relations positions, as well as C-level jobs for companies such as Tribune Publishing, Pier 1 Imports, Match Group, Sally Beauty Holdings and Entech Solar.  She has served as a trusted advisor to executive management and Boards of Directors for NYSE and Nasdaq-traded companies. In addition, Martin has established investor relations programs for spin-offs, managed IPO road shows, prepared rating agency presentations, handled shareholder activists' communications, developed quarterly earnings announcements, led annual shareholders' meetings and investor days, and trained management and Boards on Regulation Fair Disclosure (RegFD).   Martin earned an undergraduate Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Neeley School at Business at TCU.
