ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- At NAFEM 2019, Affinis, the parent company of SaniServ® and SECOSelect®, is announcing a dramatic extension of its warranty programs to provide up to five and ten years of high quality support.
Effective February 1, 2019, most SECOSelect® models will be covered by a 5 year "bumper-to-bumper" parts warranty with an optional 10-year warranty and one year of labor coverage. As of the same date, most SaniServ® models will be covered by a 5-year warranty on evaporators and compressors and 3-year coverage on other parts with an optional 5-year warranty and one year of labor coverage.
The warranty is the most extensive offered by any industry manufacturer anywhere, and reflects the reliability and engineering quality of SECOSelect® and SaniServ® equipment. This dramatic change has been made possible by the "Improve Daily" quality engineering and manufacturing programs at SaniServ® and SECOSelect®. These programs have eliminated complexity and streamlined processes that allowed the manufacturers to further improve on their industry-leading quality.
