Santa Is Packing 50,000 Toys today, Friday, To Come Tomorrow, Saturday, To Skid Row

Today Friday, December 19, 2014 from 11am – 3pm - Santa's Elves are packing 50,000 brand new toys, candy and food for thousands of impoverished children from all over Southern California.  The Mission is filled high with toys already packed.  

Tomorrow Saturday, December 20 from 10am - 3pm - Los Angeles' Largest Christmas Toy Party for Underprivileged Kids at the Fred Jordan Mission on Skid Row.  We are expecting over 10,000 children and families to attend.  Each child will receive not one, not two but between five and ten brand new toys packed especially for them. For many of these children, these will be their only toys on Christmas.

Thousands of impoverished and needy boys and girls will experience the true spirit and magic of Christmas and their eyes will light up with joy and smiles when they receive thousands of brand new toys from Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and hundreds of volunteer elves.  For the majority of these kids, that toy and visit will be their only Christmas this year.  Food bags full of nutritious, healthy and delicious food will also be given out to every mother.

Volunteer elves and donations with companies and organizations from all over the southland including: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Walt Disney Company,  Deloitte, Feed the Children, Penske Motor Group, Woodcrest Schools,  Galpin Motors, Crespi High School, California Baptist University, Altadena Dairy, Aerotek, Standard Hotels, Performance Bonding Surety & Insurance, Worley Parsons, Wilshire Blvd Temple, Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, Paradigm LA, Karl Storz Endoscopy America, Inc, Children's Hunger Fund and Nature's Best.
