Sanus® Debuts New Furniture Line, Full-Motion Super Slim Mounts at CEDIA 2010

PAUL, Minn., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanus, the leading global brand of audio/video mounts, furnishings and consumer electronics accessories, will be debuting a new contemporary Foundations® Basic Series furniture line, along with new VisionMount® Super Slim full-motion wall mounts and several additions to its offering of Foundations Component Series AV racks at the 2010 CEDIA EXPO in Atlanta.

The Basic Series brings a fresh look to the Foundations line by offering expertly crafted furniture at a superior value. Debuting at CEDIA will be the BFAV48, a beautiful corner unit featuring vented shelves and deep shelf space, and the BFAV344, a stylish, curved AV stand that includes generous wire management and adjustable feet. The Foundations Basic Series also includes the FMK056 Mount Kit, a unique alternative to wall mounting that provides the benefits and aesthetics of a traditional wall mount but with the ability to place a TV anywhere in a room, regardless of wall stud location. The FMK056 supports TVs 30"-56" and easily attaches to several Sanus furniture pieces for a wall-free mounting solution.

Sanus will also be introducing two new full-motion models from its VisionMount Super Slim line: The VMF308 and the VLF311. Both mounts offer the best of both worlds; they place flat-panel TVs incredibly close to the wall — at a depth of just 1" — and offer full-motion movement with up to 8" or 11" of extension, respectively. The VMF308 and VLF311 also feature a cable management guide that keeps loose cables organized for a clean appearance, and a cutting-edge gliding system that allows for effortless lateral TV shifting.

Another exciting new mount from Sanus is the VisionMount HDpro™ VXF220 All-Weather Full-Motion Wall Mount. The VXF220 features a rust-resistant coating and stainless steel hardware that has been tested to stand up to rain, snow and salt, making it an ideal choice for indoor or outdoor use. Built to fit nearly all TVs 42"-75", the VXF220 also features exclusive Sanus technologies, including: The QuickConnect™ system for easy installation, ProSet™ post-installation height and leveling adjustments, lateral shift adjustment, FollowThru™ in-arm cable management channels and Virtual Axis™ tilting technology for effortless viewing angle adjustment with the touch of a finger.

Sanus will also be debuting two new AV racks from its Foundations Component Series, the CFR144 and the CFR333. The CFR144 comes pre-assembled and features the ability to enclose AV gear while maintaining visibility through a lockable tempered-glass door. The CFR333 features a patented knockdown design that can easily be installed in less than 15 minutes, and removable side panels for easy access to components and wiring.

A perfect accessory to any rack application, Sanus' new Foundations CAPC01 Rack Mounted Power Conditioner offers protection against power spikes and surges that could cause damage to expensive AV equipment. The CAPC01 features dual-stage EMI/RFI filters that eliminate noise up to 30 dB (100kHz – 1 MHz), a multi-mode display for monitoring power usage and dual pull-out LED light dimmers for better visibility inside the rack.
