Beyond Resilience is designed as an everyday indulgence brand for different moments throughout the day -- enjoyed as a snack, as part of a meal, or incorporated into other foods. Rather than centering the brand on a single traditional protein-bar format, SANY is developing a broad portfolio to give consumers variety in flavor, texture, and occasion.
The first product to enter Walmart is the Beyond Resilience Protein Crunch Bar, a caramel-chocolate crunch bar that delivers 15 grams of protein per two 40g servings. It combines a creamy chocolate coating, caramelized speculoos cream, and crispy, high-protein crunch. At Walmart, the product will be stocked in the bakery, an intentional move beyond the crowded traditional protein-bar aisle and an opportunity to introduce indulgent protein snacking to a broader audience.
SANY is also introducing Crunch Pops, a savory, high-protein snack available in Chili & Lime, Caramelized Corn, and Nacho Cheddar flavors in October 2026. Each 20-gram serving delivers 16 grams of protein and is designed to provide a light, crispy, chip-like experience. They can be enjoyed straight from the bag or used to add crunch and protein to foods such as salads and soups.
The broader Beyond Resilience pipeline includes:
- Prookies -- soft, layered cookie-style protein bites with 15 grams of protein per serving, in Biscoff, Hazelnut, Peanut Butter, and Vanilla Pretzel flavors, with milk and white chocolate varieties.
- Giant Clusters -- caramel and chocolate protein clusters delivering 15 grams of protein per serving, in dark, milk, and white chocolate varieties.
- Brittles -- bite-sized, on-the-go protein snacks with 7 grams of protein per serving, in caramel and dark, milk, and white chocolate varieties.
- Fro-Bite -- 4-6 grams of protein per serving, real frozen fruit coated in sugar-free protein chocolate, including strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, cherry, banana, mango, and pineapple varieties.
- Vitamin Splash -- 4-6 grams of protein per serving, real freeze-dried fruit coated in chocolate for a light, crispy crunch, with 20 mg of added vitamin C per serving and flavors including strawberry, banana & peanut butter, pineapple, date & peanut, mango, and coconut.
SANY's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jonesboro powers the launch, combining premium ingredients with advanced European-American process technology and producing up to 500 million bars and bites annually.
