Sartori BellaVitano® Gold Cheese Named Grand Champion at 2013 World Dairy Expo

MADISON, Wis., Aug. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sartori Reserve BellaVitano Gold Cheese was named "Grand Champion" at the prestigious 2013 World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest.  The Madison, Wisconsin based competition featured hundreds of entrants from the world's finest cheesemakers.

BellaVitano Gold is a Sartori Original, a one of a kind cheese made by Sartori Master cheesemakers. Starting out like a Parmesan, it has a light fruity note but with a surprisingly creamy, rich texture. It finishes with a sweet and tangy hit.
