Satisfi Labs Expands Roster of AI & Voice Talent with Addition of New AI Head

TAMPA BAY, Fla., May 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Satisfi Labs, the premier conversational experience platform designed to transform customer engagement for destinations and experiences, today announced the expansion of its artificial intelligence team with the hiring of a new Head of AI, Dima Galat. The addition of Galat and his team of senior engineers Anton Bykov, Evgenii Prilepin, Yuliia Shanina, and Stepan Shishkin will advance Satisfi Labs' mission of making conversational technology natural and effective.

Galat will lead Satisfi Labs' future AI strategy by developing scalable, practical AI systems to support and drive innovation across the business. He joins the team with over a decade of experience delivering AI and machine learning solutions across healthcare, finance, retail, and government sectors. Previously, he led the creation of a Voice AI automation platform that improved workflow efficiency for thousands of healthcare professionals. This expertise will allow Satisfi Labs to expand conversational experience platform capabilities and build on their previous voice activations, such as the launch of Google Assistant Voice and Alexa Skill for Major League Baseball.
