SB Energy Announces Public Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- SB Energy, Inc. ("SB Energy") today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. SB Energy has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Nasdaq Texas under the ticker symbol "SBE." The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. As part of the proposed offering, SB Energy is also proposing to undertake a public offer of shares to retail investors who are tax resident and located in the United Kingdom via a public offer platform operated by Marex Financial in accordance with the rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, including effectiveness of such registration statement, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be commenced or completed.
