Jul 28, 2015, 16:31 ET from Smaller Business Association of New England

WALTHAM, Mass., July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE) has opened enrollment for Senior Executive Circle, formerly known as CEO Dialogue Program. Senior Executive Circle is a peer advisory group for executives within the C-suite to come together and gain perspectives on business challenges, and how to solve said challenges.

High caliber and experienced participants, from a variety of industries, meet on a monthly basis, to discuss business issues and strategies, and the potential outcomes of those strategies. This 10-month program begins in September 2015 and ends in June 2016. Each group is self-facilitated, but contains an experienced "Capitan," who will ensure the discussions remain relevant. With each meeting, participants will be able to share their business questions, issues, or concerns in a non-competitive and confidential space, to receive honest feedback and advice, and to gain insight on current and future business goals.

The group participants are required to be positioned as a C-level executive, and will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Participants will also need to commit to the 10 month period.
