Pinguelo will take on the prestigious and demanding roles as Chair of the firm's Cyber Security & Data Protection Group as well as its Electronic Discovery group.

Pinguelo has extensive experience as a trial attorney, and has garnered a national and international reputation as one of the pioneers of the emerging practices of cyber law and electronic discovery (eDiscovery). Pinguelo also has unparalleled knowledge in the eDiscovery field, and was involved in New Jersey's first case addressing the new eDiscovery rule amendments.
