(USA) (Ballard) announced the signing of an approximately $1 million-worth Fuel Cell Licensing & Engineering Services agreement for the sub-license of intellectual property (IP) to M-Field Energy Corporation, for material handling systems to be deployed in Europe. According to the Company, it will provide M-Field with Engineering Services support into early-2015 through Dantherm Power A/S, its subsidiary in Denmark, to give assistance in optimizing system integration activities that utilizes Ballard fuel cell stacks. Ballard added that under the agreement, it will also exclusively supply fuel cell stacks, including the FCgenTM-1020ACS air-cooled and FCvelocityTM-9SSL liquid-cooled stack products, for all material handling systems deployed by M-Field in Europe. Orbital Sciences Corp Analyst Notes
On June 30, 2014, Orbital Sciences Corp (Orbital) announced the successful launch of its Orbital Boost Vehicle (OBV), the booster rocket for the Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI), as part of the test of the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program, from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California (VAFB) on June 22, 2014.
