Schneider Downs Expands State & Local Tax Practice With Former Pennsylvania Tax Appeals Hearing Officer

PITTSBURGH, April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Schneider Downs, one of the 50 largest public accounting, tax and business advisory firms in the United States, announces that Cathleen Condrac has joined the company as a manager in its State and Local Tax (SALT) practice.

Ms. Condrac joins the firm following a 22-year career as a tax appeals hearing officer with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue's Pittsburgh office. Over the course of her career, Ms. Condrac evaluated complex sales tax cases for both Departmental audits and refund appeals. She also has experience in personal income tax, property tax/rent rebate and charitable exemption appeals.

At Schneider Downs, Ms. Condrac will work with firm clients to assist in tax planning and compliance matters relative to state and local tax matters. Her extensive experience with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue will be a significant asset in her work.
