Veteran team member Terry Lee, vice president of sales at Decker Communications for nearly 25 years, will stay with the company, shifting to focus on strategic partnerships and alliances. As senior vice president of sales, Bender will join the executive team and take over leadership of Decker's sales team. Bender joins Decker Communications after a 23-year career working for a division of International Paper (IP) and most recently Veritiv Corporation (VRTV), both Fortune 500 companies. His career included climbing the ranks of sales leadership to General Manager, where he was responsible for field sales and operations for the southwest territory. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
