As Lieutenant Governor, Cohen will continue to focus on job creation and recruiting businesses to relocate in Illinois.
Scott Lee Cohen believes new federal initiatives like building high speed rail service should be explored. Federal support for clean energy technologies such as solar and wind power are some examples of projects and industries Illinois should pursue to provide good paying, sustainable jobs for Illinois.
"Renewable Energy jobs put people back to work and help the environment," said Cohen, whose concern for the environment is evidenced in his start-up green cleaning supply company.
